we are here!

well. it is official. we are moved.

still in boxes. lots of boxes. but everyone is in a bed.

finally!!

i am hoping to post some pics and give some details in the coming days, but i started work today, and i think it will be slower than i hope.

be patient :-)

and we (finally) have a reliable wireless internet connection.

that only took dave 4 hours or so on the phone with tech support with some guy with a thick Indian accent.

i felt bad for both of them!!

moving in progress

oh, my heavens. the move is all consuming.

it is taking up time, energy, space. all of me.

the kids are adjusting pretty well, all things considered, but they are getting a lot more tv than normal because we have to get stuff done. packed. in pods.

with the help of our church (and a few more of dave's old coworker friends) we got about 3/4 of our house packed into 4 pods!! woo-hoo!

we get four more tomorrow, and then we have to fill those :) hopefully will only need to fill 2 or 3 of them.

i hope to post pics when we are settling in.

otherwise... just pray that our children survive the parents' mood during the packing frenzy.

dying blog...

we used to blog over on vox. but, no longer. they are disappearing at the end of september.

so i have spent the last 2 hours and 44 minutes (according to my firefox time tracker) making sure all my videos and blog posts successfully transferred over to typepad.

i have to admit. typepad isn't too bad :) a little easier to navigate than vox was. so i guess we will stay awhile and blog here.
